This joint is so old and brutal. They must pay for this 4 star ratings. Can barely read fuel price and total though foged out windows. Till guy counted smokes while I stood at till until I announced myself. If it weren’t for airmiles I wouldn’t use it and maybe not even worth it anyway. If they had better fuel prices maybe but they’re right on par as high as every other.
Nice to have full serve but the attendant was not wearing a mask when he was outside nor inside. There were also several other customers in the store not wearing masks.

I just returned from a trip to Kelowna and had the same problem at two CT gas bars. Both of them indicated a problem reading the chip on my CTFS Option MasterCard. In Kelowna the attendant inside was able to get the card authorized so I could pump gas to the $50 limit. In Swift Current the inside attendant essentially accused me of being over my credit limit and seemed unwilling or unable to obtain an authorization similar to that I had in Kelowna, even after I mentioned it. That required me to make multiple trips from the pump inside to pump my gas and pay for it. Hey CT: 1) Fix your systems. Problems like this should NEVER happen. NEVER! 2) Ensure those representing your brand are properly trained - not only on the technology, but also on customer service.
