The least expensive gas station in Miami

This station likes to close before 10pm. Employee will start blocking entrance with cones at 955pm and turning off the lights while there are customers filling up around 9:55pm as well. Turning off he lights makes it unsafe.

My only negative are the people that hang out by this gas station asking for money.
