I just returned from a trip to Kelowna and had the same problem at two CT gas bars. Both of them indicated a problem reading the chip on my CTFS Option MasterCard.  In Kelowna the attendant inside was able to get the card authorized so I could pump gas to the $50 limit. In Swift Current the inside attendant essentially accused me of being over my credit limit and seemed unwilling or unable to obtain an authorization similar to that I had in Kelowna, even after I mentioned it. That required me to make multiple trips from the pump inside to pump my gas and pay for it. Hey CT: 1) Fix your systems. Problems like this should NEVER happen. NEVER! 2) Ensure those representing your brand are properly trained - not only on the technology, but also on customer service.

I am local, and I can guarantee that Real Canadian Wholesale has the lowest fuel and cigarette prices in the city. No bathrooms available at station.
