Mid afternoon visit…All garbages outside are overflowing, bathroom is a mess.could use a little attention by the 2 people behind the counter.
We have an RV I used my Journey card to save 7 cents/liter. It tops out at 100 liters and instead fo saving $14 is saved $7. then instead of getting 200 points it maxed at 150. I'm not happy with Fas Gas
Overcharged on DEF fluid. $20.00 everywhere else. $44.00 at Fas Gas. There is some shenanigans going on!! Got my money back!
The guy was sleeping inside. And i was waiting at the pump i also blow horn but he didnt listen then i go inside, the door was locked and i then i ring the bell twice then he open the door. Same thing happens everyday i usually fill up gas at 3-4am daily and i ended up with this now i use another gas station to fill up gas
There was no water/cleaner in windshield wash stations by pumps Checked one empty second had about half inch of smelly brackish water was gross but used it anyway Squeegee was damaged and needed to be replaced On to washroom smelled like pee on floor trash bin full While the store part was warm the washroom has cold not sure how that happened There are other better options in this town
They were out of regular gas so were selling premium at regular gas prices!

I just returned from a trip to Kelowna and had the same problem at two CT gas bars. Both of them indicated a problem reading the chip on my CTFS Option MasterCard. In Kelowna the attendant inside was able to get the card authorized so I could pump gas to the $50 limit. In Swift Current the inside attendant essentially accused me of being over my credit limit and seemed unwilling or unable to obtain an authorization similar to that I had in Kelowna, even after I mentioned it. That required me to make multiple trips from the pump inside to pump my gas and pay for it. Hey CT: 1) Fix your systems. Problems like this should NEVER happen. NEVER! 2) Ensure those representing your brand are properly trained - not only on the technology, but also on customer service.
