Shell in Arlington (2240 N Glebe Rd)

Tried to pay at pump with credit card, transaction was approved but then the transaction was canceled "see attendant". The station said open but doors were locked and nobody was there. I later found out I was charged $95 three times and Shell's position is that they only can provide assistance if I was using a Shell card. AmEx said to wait 3-5 business days to see if the transaction falls off, if it don't then they'll take action. Super inconvenient.

Tight parking

They don't have much to offer inside compared to any other gas station

Clean and great service. I have also had work done on my car. Service was priced fairly, fast, and the mechanic was excellent.

Good location. Bad prices

This station put a $200 hold on my credit card today 9/4/3022’ for a $28 gas charge. It is fine with me but if you don’t have enough fund on your credit card, that’s not fair. It usually clears in 4-5 days. Should have a warning posted.

Quick stop to fill up in well lit station on the way to Ballston
