This used to be my "go to" station for the best rates on gas. Something happened as their prices skyrocketed in 2019. I now patronize either Liberty or BP.
I have been going to this station for years. They are prompt, customer-friendly, reasonable on repairs, and honest. Gas is usually among the best prices around too.
this is a good old fashion gas station, they have great mechanics have your car worked on here and also probably one of the easiest places to get your emissions done in Virginia

Tried to pay at pump with credit card, transaction was approved but then the transaction was canceled "see attendant". The station said open but doors were locked and nobody was there. I later found out I was charged $95 three times and Shell's position is that they only can provide assistance if I was using a Shell card. AmEx said to wait 3-5 business days to see if the transaction falls off, if it don't then they'll take action. Super inconvenient.

The station is old and in need of remodeling. It looks like it is just somebody's cash cow and they are going to milk it until it's dead.
