Clean and much cheaper than down the highway about 4 miles. Last stop for 25 miles when heading West!
As much as we love the Ponderosa, sadly it is no longer open. The pumps have been pulled and the space is available for lease. Jan 2023
Great customer service, competitive prices, plenty of food choices. No inside bathroom but there are plenty of porta potties
This is my hometown go-to. Best fuel (Chief Petroleum) in the state. Also included NON-ETHANOL FUEL!! This is the best fuel and the best prices you will find for another 30 miles both directions. Great inventory of food and VP products which are also excellent! Im an old gear head/I cannot lie! This is the only gas choice in Florissant or Lake George that you want - I Love the owners and their kids- Local Love is King.

"Owner" continuously reports lower fuel price on GasBuddy app than is posted on sign in front of station or at pumps. This even occurred for several weeks while dedicated E-85 pump was out of service AND AFTER it was physically removed. Usually the price posted by owner isn't the same one would get with or without promotional "Kickback Card" which offers 3 cent per gallon discount. Employees say they hear similar complaints frequently but don't have control over prices "Owner" posts.
