Nice little grocery store is included and very nice people. However, I feel there might be price gouging at the pumps.
Gas is a little cheaper in Divide and Woodland Park. As of today it's $0.65/gallon cheaper at the Sinclair in Manitou Springs.
I think they go out of their way to have the highest priced fuel for miles around

"Owner" continuously reports lower fuel price on GasBuddy app than is posted on sign in front of station or at pumps. This even occurred for several weeks while dedicated E-85 pump was out of service AND AFTER it was physically removed. Usually the price posted by owner isn't the same one would get with or without promotional "Kickback Card" which offers 3 cent per gallon discount. Employees say they hear similar complaints frequently but don't have control over prices "Owner" posts.

Clean and much cheaper than down the highway about 4 miles. Last stop for 25 miles when heading West!
