No fluid to wash windshields and pumps. Four of the pumps did not work. No paper towels to clean windshield
Exxon app would not work at first pump. Clerk had no clue how to help. Second pump worked. Gas buddy app could not locate this station. I had to find it an exit away. No water in the one windshield cleaner reservoir!! Worst Exxon we have come across.

The bathrooms were not great. There was mustard smeared on the wall and the toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet. One of the toilets was out of order and the urinal didn’t have a divider from the sink.

Well, I feel deceived from them. They made a station change to Chevron but have not changed their signage. I understand the change, but not their sign. Drivers beware. This is not a Shell station, so if you want to cash your fuel rewards, keep going to Montgomery. There is no Shell in Prattville.
