The bathrooms were not great. There was mustard smeared on the wall and the toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet. One of the toilets was out of order and the urinal didn’t have a divider from the sink.
The cashiers are so friendly and personable. They get to know you and when you walk in, they immediately greet you and start talking to you. They have a wide variety of things to purchase aside from the usual gas station things. The prices are good, but not the cheapest. They have a wide variety of anything you could want. I am willing to pay more for this gas and the items inside merely because of the customer service! All 4 people I know that work there are extremely nice and I love this gas station!
The staff is great and they have a wide selection of anything you would need
The men's room smell like stale urine and there was no lock on the bathroom stall door

Well, I feel deceived from them. They made a station change to Chevron but have not changed their signage. I understand the change, but not their sign. Drivers beware. This is not a Shell station, so if you want to cash your fuel rewards, keep going to Montgomery. There is no Shell in Prattville.
