they make you use your debit card at the pump and you can't pay at the window unless you're paying cash it's a gimmick so you pay the $0.35 service charge
ARCO is the Walmart of gas stations. I normally go to Chevron but they were charging $6.09 a gallon. ARCO was charging $5.65 a gallon with a .35¢ debit card fee. Between the Chicano man directing the traffic and telling me I couldn't put gas in a specific lane because a big rig had to use it to exit, the zillion cars, and difficult exits, I am reminded why I prefer Chevron, the Target of gas stations. But desperate times call for desperate measures. If you don't mind chaos, this place is fine. You really can't beat the prices either. I would go back, but in the wee hours when no one is around.
Excellent gas station, a affordable prices...Clean, safe and close from 710 South Freeway.
8 pumps in a very tight spot, they are usually about 10cents more than Costco 2 miles away. Best price in the area always.

The cash and credit gas prices are the same. The pay at pump with credit card is an issue for a long time now, best to go inside to pay. The C-Store has a wider selection than most 7-11. It's convenient and fairly safe open 24/7.

Very helpful & friendly staff!! Pretty good gas prices & an awesome but often slow going, car wash!! There's a car dryer person trying to keep up with the flow but it's difficult. People need to tip him!!! That guy works hard!

pretty busy all the time, but its expected as they have the cheapest gas in town. panhandlers can be a problem here. stop giving them money and maybe they wont hang out here! I see people handing them money left and right. also, no public restroom here. hand sanitizer available at the pool pumps. Arco does not accept credit!! cash and debit only but there is a 35cent convenience fee. p.s. it's a gas station, not Disneyland. No one is going to direct traffic for you!!! it's a small lot and busy! you can always go to the other 3 gas stations in el sereno and pay more to deal with less traffic! :)
