The only competitive gas station against Costco within the Alhambra area. ARCO's advertised price is cash only. Last time I tried to use a card there, the charge for using a card is $0.30. A big rip off. Hence, I mentioned United Oil is the only competitive gas station against Costco within the Alhambra area.

Used a $100 giftcard to buy gas at this location and 2 days later the number was used at two other stations 35mi away with all funds used. Pump? Employee?

The cashier doesn't take cash , and the wiper washer water smells rotten never change water
