Couldn't get Fuel Forward app to work so we could pay at pump and get extra $.05 discount. Employees/assistant manager knew nothing about the app and were not helpful at all. In fact, they were quite rude. There are stacks of flyers at the registers advertising the Fuel Forward app and they still claim to know nothing about it. Tried to use the app to pay in store and no QR code would generate. Assistant manager said, I guess it's not working and I know nothing of it...can't help you! Rude employees, no discount, will never go to another Phillips 66!!
Always seemed to have the coolest guys at the counter and it's always my favorite to stop by after a hard days work.
Terrible customer service! Clerk refused to cook any of the deli food tonight. I wouldn't recommend this station to anyone.
