Brand-new gas pumps
This location is a One Way only location, makes it difficult to get to an open pump. Also it's in an open area where the wind never stops blowing from the West, making all paperwork fly away out of your car & so COLD in winter besides being cold for the customer it makes the pumps, pump MUCH SLOWER to pump. You need to put up plexiglass walls as a wind block don't put up shrubs due to lighting issues. Unless you can secure both sides of them, a clear wind block would be greatly appreciated.
The prices at this station are consistently mis-reported and I haven't seen the correct price in the past few weeks even after reporting it correctly. Also, as someone else mentioned in their review, the pumps don't reach to the far side of your car so there is always an imbalance of cars in each line since you are forced to only go one way and more cars fill up on the left than right.
Remember....it's a one way station. Don't be the idiot that pulls in backwards.
ok the people watching the pumps are relatively rude
the main reason for the bad review is that the pumps have skort hoses, so since most vehicles have gas on the left side, the left pumps are empty, and the lines are huge. Also the price per gallon light board is always off, so you never know what the price is by looking at it. Also, multiple times I have gone there and had difficulty with the pump. One time I gave up after the attendant just told me he could not fix it and he was just looking forward to going home. Other SAMs are not like this one.
Great prices but half the pumps don’t reach across to fill other side of vehicles and place is very dated and inconvenient set-up. Parking and pull in and out area is terrible. Not worth the savings to have to deal with the wait and poor set-up. Compared to Costco, not even a close 2nd.
If they lengthen the hoses on the pumps like Costco does ppl could use both lanes and move people through faster but instead they shortened the hoses and make ppl wait in long lines and it blocks the roadway.
To get in and out of this location is VERY dangerous! Traffic is coming at you from Many directions and this includes huge Big-Rigs that park next to the last pump! These Trucks have chewed up the surrounding access roads so Bad that you can loose your tire or rims Easily in the potholes left behind!!! In the winter they are very hard to avoid because snow & slush "fake" fill them! I only asked for assistance once through the speaker system. The worker was locked in a tiny brick "shed" watching us and only came out when needed. His reply to my asking if he would be able to come to pump 6 & show me how to get the gas flowing was very cocky and ... let me just tell you a bit of it. :( Him "Did you put in a form of payment? Mam!" Me. "I put in my Sam's Club Credit card like it said, then my password and I chose my type of gas." Him. "Did you put the gas pumpy thing in the hole of your car?" Me. "Sir? (Deep Breath so I don't do something I might regret!!!) Would you Please!!!
