Shell in Pine Bluff (5401 Dollarway Rd)

it's good gas but in a unsafe location.

This station has been around for quite some time. However, it is well maintained. The pumps are fairly new, and the convenience store and restrooms are well maintained. This location offers a wide variety of food, snacks, drinks, and coffee. A great stop on the way to work or on the way home from work.

Tried to fill up and pumps without bags on them said pay inside. I ask the lady if I could fill up and then pay inside and she said we need a dollar amount. I replied trying to fill up not sure can I pay after I fill up, Lady manager said you can give dollar amount and if different it will go back on your card in 24-48 hrs or you can find a pump that will take card. I told her there are bags on most pumps and the other day pay inside. She then told me I could go to the Iranian store across the street!! I said well at least their stuff probably works and left!!

Pump was going extremely slow..apparently due to system issues but 8 min in and I'm only at 8 gallons of my fill up. Attendant was kind of rude to myself and other customers making inquiries
