Shell in Pine Bluff (101 N Blake St)

The employees were friendly, courteous, and had great customer service skills. This station has been around for quite sometime, however the pumps have been replaced and are relatively new. The convenience store is well maintained and in great shape.This location offers a wide variety of food, snacks, drinks, and coffee. A great stop on the way to work or on the way home from work for those who live in the area.

They advertise one price and even Told me on the telephone that yes it was that certain price But they flat Foot LIED! All the diesel pumps was land with dodge chargers in a bunch of hot heads sitting Blockin the pumps with their car. And the price of the diesel was a dollar higher than he lied and said it had advertised on the Internet don’t do it y’all keep driving t it on the Internet and when I called them they said yes it’s only that price but when I got there it was a dollar higher

Pumps were lined up w/cars when I pulled behind a vehicle @ #1. Customeroff took long time to pump his gas, noticed that he rec’d no paper receipt after finishing. I had same results when I fueled my vehicle, slow pumping of gas & when tank was full, pump did not automatically shut o

Small store not much room and doesn't carry many products. Service did not get out of chair to help me find what I was looking for but then proceeded in telling me they don't carry that product so I don't know if they had it or not

Pretty good station for a fill up, could use some cleaning but pretty good station.
