Shell in Islandia (1111 Old Nichols Rd)

Pump can not process debit cards. Have go inside station. Have purchase gas by a dollar amount. Can't just fill'er up.

Always clean, well-lit and in a safe area. The attendant is always friendly and the gas prices aren't astronomical considering it's convenient location off the exit of the expressway

The guy at the register had no idea how to help me and stopped the pump on me. Not knowledgeable about helping with the problem I had on the screen.

It's a brand new Shell station. Used to be a US Petro station. Very clean and nice now. The attendant inside has absolutely no clue how to process Shell/Stop and Shop Fuel Rewards. He was actually proud about him not knowing how to process Fuel rewards and stand offish about it.

Yes, it says if you use your debit card or your tapping option is connected to your debit card, it is the same as paying cash. DO NOT THAT!! IT STILL CHARGES AS CREDIT!!

I entered my code inside to get my discount and she didn’t apply it.

Credit card prices are $0.10 more per gallon. No complaints :)

I hate when places change to different prices for cash and credit. Didn't even bother to fill up.

They don't price gouge at this SHELL.There's always a problem when paying at the pump. Many times I drive away and fill-up at another nearby station. Several days ago the nice woman there walked outside to help me! It's the only time anyone has shown concern and resolved the issue.
