Congratulations on your new store! Although 10+ years late. The store looks almost functional. Noticed quite a bit of nuisances. It will probably look as poor as the almost brand new Vaughn, NM location does which now is ran down. The most noticeable failure was that the same rude lady from the previous location is still there. She's very poor in customer service, inconsiderate and my suggestion would be to move her away from customers. Her demeanor alone is enough to make me boycott your brand new location. Fix your employees otherwise the infrastructure investment just tanked your investment. A lot of Roswell folks visit instead of going into town, but not so much if this continues.

Only truck stop around for our 65' RV + road. parking lot to truck area had some potholes, but still navigable
good overnight spot for campers, rv's, or van travellers. lots of parking, but watch for potholes...and aliens

No outdoor security cameras. Majority of parking is behind the store where you can easily be robbed. The store has 2-3 employees working the shift for an incredibly small store, but the majority of the time you will only see the brand new employee running the register. Always new employees--same manager. None of the other employees rarely seen but if you pay attention you will hear them snoring or talking badly about customers inside the store from the only internal cameras. The store is that small! Manager woman has a bad problem with customer service. Shoots derogatory comments from the hip. Tones of racism, discrimination felt and understood after visiting--by the manager. 12 months of visiting this location has clearly shown a racist environment, poorly managed employees (manager hides in the back until triggered into poor customer service) and a lack of civility. Corporate needs to remind the manager that her obnoxious comments don't pay the bills, nor will they create repeat visi
