Gas pump wouldn't let me use my card to pay told me to see attenant. Went inside no one around called out three times no response. Finally another customer came in then someone came out and was in no hurry to help us. He actually asked the other customer standing behind Mr if he could help him. REALLY? Maybe I'm invisible.
I paid 3 cents for nothing. As soon as I took the nozzle the pump marked 3 cents ($0.03) and 0.011 g. I went to the cashier and told him what happened, that I had not done anything and he told me it was because of the weather, that I had two alternatives, start to fill the tanq or cancel. I told him to return my money with a receipt, then He gave me a receipt for 3 cents, telling me that the bank would return the remaining $29.97 . So I paid 3 cents for nothing.

They only have one price for gas, this is confusing. For example, reg, med grade, and premium are all the same price, so if you only put premium in your car, but the price is the same is regular, am I actually buying regular grade under the premium button??

You cannot use your rewards points at the pump. You have to go inside. This is for either the Kroger points or the Fuel rewards. I have emailed corporate shell and they can't fix it. Owner is cheap and doesn't want you to get better pricing.
