Gassed up and got some coffee on my way to work. Clerk was very nice.

It's fairly new, there's plenty of room to maneuver around in the pump area and plenty of parking and good lighting. In the later hours the customer service is very rude. But that goes for any 7-Eleven after midnight in my experience
