Shell in Houston (8525 Gulf Fwy)

I tried my card on two pumps, and it wouldn’t even ask me for my Driver Number (PIN). I went to the third pump, and the sale was declined. It said “BAD account or LC“. I’ve then tried my wife’s card on that pump and got the same response. I then went in the store and it was also declined.

Highest prices of any near by stations

Not a legit station. No lottery.

First pump didn't register any cards, second pump didn't have functional buttons, third pump was the charm except the display was damaged. Not worth the frustration.
