Convenient to downtown but always higher priced

Always approached by beggars asking for money. Doesn't matter if it's 5am or 5pm, the majority of selection of drinks is alcohol on the inside . They fuel the beggars asking for coin so they can go in and get a cheap alcoholic drink. Sad, unsafe and ghetto, go someplace else .
