Shell in Centreville (5784 Union Mill Rd)

Gas prices tend to be high. Mechanical work and state inspections are terrible. At one point they were even shut down. There are LOTS of horror stories on social media Many people have had positive interactions but the bad ones are really bad and there are a lot of them.

Attitude seems snootty.

Horrible horrible gas prices. The gas prices are consistently 30 cents a gallon over what I can find less than a mile away. I recommend going to the Sunaco on West Ox instead.

Clean station but thieves when it comes to gas.

Close to home, gas prices are fair, customer service can be improved. I have only taken my car here for safety inspection and emissions they do it fairly quickly. I wouldn't take my car here for repair though. I keep hearing horrible stories from friends that have taken their car here. They get over charged and other repairs that are not needed.

Gas prices are on the high side, especially when compared with prices in Manassas and Woodbridge. Attitude of people working the desk (I don't know about the mechanics) tends to be adversarial and arrogant. It may be a cultural thing, but they seem hostile toward customers. The carwash simply doesn't clean cars. That's a complete waste of money. There are other gas stations and carwashes nearby, both on Union Mill Road and on Lee Highway.
