Average old Town gas station. Sells everything, propane, has free air and all the snacks you could think of . Lottery tickets as well. Coffee and ice cream.
The only station in about 100kms so they can charge whatever they want and no one had a choice but to buy it, and they definitely charge the most they possibly can.
