the only words the attendant spoke to me were my total and when the hose hit the wrong grade of fuel, and I had to go back inside to have them reset the pump I only received a nod. he was speaking either on his phone or to someone behind the counter that couldn't be seen the entire time. I work customer service and have for 25+ years so maybe I expect a little better, but I feel a customer should at least be acknowledged.
