Mobil in Huntington Beach (20002 Beach Blvd)

The station tries to scam unwitting customers by displaying a low price on their billboard, which is the cash only price. Once you look harder or get to the pump you will find a price per gallon of nearly a dollar more if you choose to use your debit or credit card. Aside from having a good location on a busy thoroughfare, I don't know what else keeps this place open. Even if you look at their lowest advertised price for 87 octane cash only, it is still at least 20 cents a gallon more than the Arco across the street! Rip off!

Small, dirty, and always the most expensive gas around.

I walked in not noticing the credit price so I prepaid with my card. Noticing it when I put the nozzle in the car, I removed it and returned to the cashier. I said: "I didn't see the big jump in price-" and he immediately took a defensive attitude and said: "So" and was pointing out the signs. He was quite adamant until I told him I wasn't complaining. Just wanted to reverse the credit card charge to $0. This guy is way too defensive. Makes for a bad attitude.

This station charges $0.80 per gallon to use a credit card. GO ELSEWHERE. ANYWHERE ELSE. LITERALLY ANYWHERE.

Don’t stop here if you are using a credit card! It’s $0.60 or more extra if you don’t pay cash or w/ a Mobil card. Very deceptive pricing.

Not sure if Mobile paid these people to leave good reviews but they are price gauging if you use a credit card. I rarely come here because the gas is so expensive but I needed gas so I went here. The big sign says $4.39 for mid grade if you use cash and $0.10 more for credit card. However, at the pump they charge you $5.39!! That’s $1.00 more per gallon. It should have been $0.10 more a gallon. Total bait and switch. I won’t be back and will torn them in.
