Valero in Ocean Pines (11121 Racetrack Rd)

Not customer friendly

Always a great place to buy my gas

I love the guys and gals at this Valero, they're nice and polite and helpful. Oftentimes this Valero has lower gas prices than anywhere else.

Unfortunately this Gas station is close to my home in Ocean Pines. I payed a lot to pay fortune to live in a beautiful resort community. I hoped the stores surrounding my home would reflect the neighborhood they serve. That is the case except for one bad apple. My biggest complaint is with the staff. They must not pay they staff well because nearly everyone works there is a low life. They are never friendly, they don’t do there job, they are rude, I have seen night employees hanging out with friends, drinking liquor, leaving the store open and unattended, doing obvious drug deals in the parking lot ,one kid mocked my handicapped mother, I have heard them cuss out customers and throw customers out of the store for asking for hot coffee. I would pay more for gas before I would do there! The 711 right up the street is cheaper and about the same anyways. It is a real shi# show in there!

Nice station and convenience store. Competitive prices for fuel.

Paid outside, never went in the store.

Inconvenient to have to always go inside for a recite

The customer service is great they have really yummy breakfast sandwiches
