Always very busy and the traffic pattern makes no sense, no bathrooms/convenience items. Best price around!

At times during peak hours there maybe a 5-10 mins wait.

My daughter and I pulled up to the gas pump at 6:55PM on Sunday. Before she could complete the transaction via credit card (entering Sam’s card then choosing a different payment method etc.), the machine froze then said the pumps were closed. We asked the Sam’s employee why we were unable to get gas, since we were there prior to 7PM. He rudely responded, “Can you not read the sign?! 9-7PM. Maybe you should have gotten up earlier!” That’s when I said, “‘Maybe I will start buying gas somewhere else.” He replied with, “I don’t care!” I cannot believe the rudeness! It was clear he wouldn’t have cared if we were stranded without gas. Maybe it is time to buy a Costco membership! Unbelievable... I will be contacting management first thing tomorrow morning.
