My name is DK I am the Department Head for this Fuel Center we are staffed with polite and friendly people that like to keep our lot as clean as possible every day we start by cleaning our pumps and checking them for any safety issues. Stop on by and say hello to you new neighbors.
The cashier at this station was totally rude. I will never go back to this station. 
Great prices especially if you use Ralph’s fuel points however, the pumps are confusing to use and don’t accept Apple Pay or the ability to tap the card. I’m very apprehensive to put my card in anything these days. Hoping they will upgrade soon.
Dear DK. Welcome to the neighborhood. It's great to see a convenient Ralphs fuel. Unfortunately your prices are way too high, e.g. 40 cents higher than the new Ralphs in Cypress. I will have to continue going to the Shell on SM Blvd to use my Ralphs Rewards.
New and clean but prices are crazy high and doesn’t allow app rewards. It’s close to my house and I effort fully go somewhere else.

The sign shows the price of gas with a car wash. I know it’s common for gas stations to do this, but usually there’s a comparison price posted on the sign. The woman in the station wasn’t very nice either. Skip this place and go across the street for gas.

I have been a regular customer for the last 3 years so, today I pulled in to get some gas. I pulled to the side and parked in a 10 minute customer parking spot to finish my lunch before pumping my gas. A new security guard came over and told me I had to leave, that purchasing gas did not make me a customer. Only people purchasing items from the store were allowed to park in customer parking. Sadly, they just lost a regular customer.Please do not support this type of poor business customer service.

They post their own false updates to gas prices. I keep seeing lower price reporting to draw people to the station and it’s got me a few times now- I show up and gas I 30-50 cents more than listed. I go to fix and submit corrections only for it to be falsely dropped again.
