Terrible customer service from manager when telling him the car wash did not do a good job. It was actually no service as in. No apologies, refunds, or offers to drive it through again. Instead he blamed it on me and choice of car wash. Clearly there was an issue with the car wash and being as the driver side and the passenger side looked completely different. When I explained this to him, he still came up with excuses, and refused to look at it because he was eating lunch. 

Consistently higher prices.

It was okay.
