Pilot in Salinas (951 Work St)

Horribly rude employees there. I have not gone back to this station in 4 years because the management/supervisors or incredibly rude and the Hispanic manager, she will Lie right to your face without any guilty conscience! Horrible management team there. They all should be fired and replaced with kind people sho really need to work to support their families. These people there now should have been guards For the Natzi’s 50 years ago!!

You can never put your loyalty number into the pumps here it hasn’t worked for years

a lots of gas pump hogger here ‐ will pay inside then will not comeback in 5-10 mins for whatever reason making the lines really long.

They have very loud annoying music playing over a PA system where you are pumping gas. I have no idea why they do this other than to annoy your customers so they leave? They do turn down the annoying music at night time because of local noise pollution laws. Gas prices are okay, its better at Costco Gas. OWNER: PLEASE TURN OFF THE MUSIC AT THE PUMPS!!!!

It was super busy. Being a pilot gas station of course all the trucks but they have their own way to get in. Terribly busy with cars lined up had to wait 20 or so mins for a pump. Went inside and it was super fast. Toilets were dirty and wet floor with no signs so be careful. Overall I would come here again though, very friendly people.
