Shell in Plano (3600 14th St)

Cashier was on the phone and would not get off to serve me. Also, would not accept Kroger card even though it is advertised outside on the pumps!

They do not bother cleaning up diesel spills. Can barely get to the pump without stepping in spilled fuel. Pumps are very slow.

The pumps at this station does not read Pay with GasBuddy cards because the pumps are too old and obsolete.

some pumps are in poor condition. one only works with credit cards and at least 2 others have screens or display that are impossible to see or read. no paper towels at pumps

Okay station for a quick stop for gas.

The gas from here gets much better gas mileage than nearby stores

could do much better

Pumps are antiques and decrepit. The screens are broken on most pumps. Can't read prices, see amount pumped, and/or even use touch pads on most pumps.
