it's a small and tight place for parking, the cash/credit pricing structure is a clear blow to price credibility. Staff is usually personable.

This is a dumpy, dirty little place! Poor lighting, can hardly read the very outdated pumps, the access and exit areas are so bad it nearly beats the car to pieces. I would NEVER go here at night...EVER! It's to seedy and on the border of a dumpy neighborhood.
