The only negative is that you might have to wait a few minutes to fill up because the pumps are always full.
the clasp on the pump was broke so I had to stand there and hold the pump...it was cold outside ....an inconvenience

I bought a new car - last time was in 2000. I didn't know new cars used synthetic oil - I didn't question the price. Next OLF was done at my mechanic who charged me more than this gas station - that's when I found out about synthetic oil. Exxon charged me for a regular oil change and did one of 2 things: charged me for oil they didn't change, or put the wrong oil in - which could void my warranty. If they put the wrong oil in, they should have known better - that's their job. And it didn't need an OLF after only 3 months. They could have explained that too.
