Shell in Artesia (12215 South St)

This place sucks! They don't take the Fuel Reward if you pay with cash. And the old lady cashier is very rude and doesn't even know how to communicate

Terrible woman who did not correctly swipe my fuel rewards card and when I asked her about it she said "I dont know" so I wasn't able to redeem my rewards. Also, fix your air machine!

Came at 10:10pm and put in my card info and fuel rewards then reached for the pump to find out that they were locked. The heavy-set hispanic lady worker stood inside of the cashier's window staring at me for 5 minutes and didn't even bother to let me know that they were closed! I had to ask her what was going on and she said they closed at 9:30pm -_- I can understand if they're closed, but to stare right at me for 5 mins and not even mention a word about being closed is just straight up lazy and unprofessional. At least have sign with your business hours!! What if I had used every last drop of gas just to make it here, come to find out they were closed? Horrible.

This station does not accept rewards card and credit cards cash only

Old lady is rude and does not want to be bothered. Owner should fire her because she is earning salary easy way. She is lazy and useless. She parks her own car in pumps so people have less pumps to put has. She does not speak good English and she is extremely rude. she does not want customers to use reward cards when paying cash. She rudely waves at customers as if she does not want to hear her. If this gas station gets good rating, it must be mostly family members or friends of owner or employee, so that employee would not be noticed by owner.
