Most of the pumps don’t work, the price on the pumps aren’t light/don’t work, the parking lot is filthy/littered, presently there’s a guy walking two leashed pit bulls through the parking lot.Even though leashed, but seemingly unfriendly, some pumps are dysfunctional, no lighting on the pumps to read prices. Very busy intersection with lots of what appears to be homeless people roaming about. 
When I'm over this area working , the employees here know exactly what I want and have it waiting on me when I check out . That's great customer service right there
Parking lot stained. Lots of trash and debris. Pumps rarely have receipt paper. Lots of loitering and panhandling.
About a year ago this station was great. One my favorites. But now Cashiers are unprofessional. Cursing & having inappropriate personal conversations in front customers/children. Floors are always disgusting. Panhandlers frequently hang out here. When busy or a vendor is delivering, it can be hard to get in & out.
