Canadian Tire in Rockland (9020 CR-17)

I have been using this 1 and only gas station for years now. Scott has trained all his employees perfectly. Great job, keep up the good work

Never had an issue, the price of the gas is the same as the other stations around it. However I like to get the Canadian tire points....

Scott has done a fantastic job training his staff. When you enter the store, you are welcomed with a smile and a greeting that lets you know that your business there is greatly appreciated. The staff are bilingual and always willing and able to converse with you in your premier language. The staff know and appreciate their returning customers. I have switched my gas station to the CTC Gas Bar as the service and care are above reproach.

Beware a change of management has taken place and those incoming reviews reflect a lack of care by C Tire and the newly appointed “out of town,” Operator. For well over a decade, we had a local man (Scott) who ran an incredibly personable business. Scott went so far as to empower his employees to adjust prices each morning and customer service was extraordinary. This was the best priced gas in Rockland and the line ups proved it. In recent months, C Tire has given this station to a man from Ottawa who runs several other stations and has little interest in this community or any interest in remaining competitively priced. I’ve used this station since it first opened and have supported the locals. Yet, I see the dramatic change. Today, C Tire Gas Rockland is usually the highest priced gas even eclipsing the likes of Shell & Esso. Interestingly, I’ve checked pricing at the other stations this new Operator runs and he is consistently the highest priced gas through Orleans. I recently le
