Used the gulf app and was charged for super even though I extra made sure I tapped the normal gas icon. No reply to customer inquiries. Never again
The station itself isn't too bad. The Certain individuals Such as ALL the men that work there, Suck! The manager is always busy with his kids there. He's Not a People Person. The owner, All he does is watch his Egyptian soap operas, and play his Egyptian music. Both of the men there are not friendly. They Don't greet you when you come in. NOW on the other hand, there is a Cute little Red Head , there that is Very Curtious. She greets you when you come in and wishes you a good day when you leave. She has No problem listening to you if you have something to say. That store Needs More people like Her working there.
I recently went to this station again after not going there for a while. I see their ratings have dropped but my experience was great! I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Jaime who had great customer service skills. The station was clean inside and out and the parking lot is well lit. Their prices are competitive for the area. They have a nice selection of things in the convenience store as well. Absolutely no complaints from me!
Great pricing since Bigy moved in down the street. Easy to pay witj Gulf Pay

Restroom semi public and not good at all. Staff not very friendly. Suggest pay at pump and leave.

Very bad customer service here. Very dirty dust on everything. There are signs all over saying no mask no service and yet the workers themselves never have a mask on

This is a great station all around! Lately the prices have been around the same as Costco wholesale retail club which usually has the lowest prices in town, so that’s great. The station is clean inside and out and the parking lot is well lit. I have made comments in my previous reviews regarding the manager and unfortunately that was incorrect. I do apologize for that bcuz I felt horrible absolutely when I was informed of my mistake. The manager here in fact, is a wonderful lady! She’s very friendly, always helpful and I very much enjoy seeing her when I go in there each week! I cannot stress enough that the grumpy employee I had a problem with is NOT the manager but told me he was. I continue to go there and haven’t had any other problems, I’m sure I wont. If you’re in the area it’s a great place to go!
