Shell in Mobile (158 N Broad St)

Pumped 10 gallons of pure water and sludge into my car from this place. Cost me $800 for a new fuel pump and they won't even refund the "gas" that ruined it. They're not selling gasoline - they're selling engine water. Avoid at all costs unless you just happen to need a new fuel pump and really want to have a reason for your car to spend the next few days in the shop.

Slow diesel pump, no pay-at-pump. Lots of panhandlers.

Store appears abandoned and closed

Half the gas pumps do not have the ability for pumping gas. You cannot input your loyalty card here either.

Place is next to a rescue mission so you are constantly harassed by aggressive panhandlers. Plus, the staff is rude and incompetent. Tried several weeks in a row to buy diesel fuel but the pump was malfunctioning and told it would be fixed next week. Closest Shell to my home but I purposely avoid it if I can for the reasons stated above.
