So the Morning staff sorta seem a little grumpy or irritated so I doubt they're paying attention to customer service? which is low key not good and definitely needs improvement. The gentleman that usually works during the Night shifts alone when the one who locks the entrance and helps each customer one at a time. Ok now he most definitely absolutely puts everything he's got into customer service and his overall performance. Well either way I'd definitely recommend this Arco to anyone because honestly the Arco up the street is 100 % ridiculously the worst location ha. Thanks!

A little sketchy with a few loiteres and fairly irritated with Cop posted outside store entrance waiting for his suspect. The man didn't even say thank you as I held the door for him, but I made sure he heard me say you're welcome! Just pathetic.

They would not let customers use the restrooms! Traveling to California and we had to go somewhere else to use the restroom. They said restrooms are only for employees.

I like the prices but I do not come here alone as I always feel I might get robbed. Lots of homeless people milling about and I have had a man approach me from behind asking for money. Will not go back.
