clean inside convenience store area but gas prices are a bit higher than others in the surrounding are.
Was Clean. No homeless wandering around. Not too busy. Window washers were full and had squeegies available as well as paper towels. Receipt printed at pump.

Gas pump needs to be updated. It's kinda old and you have to hold the pump while pumping gas because it feels loose that the pump might fall while pumping gas.
