ARCO in Grass Valley (1913 Nevada City Hwy)

Good enuf

Horrible service, went to fill up on my way home from completing a patient's exam in the Truckee area, and whoever the clerk was, was horrible. he told me that there was a 10-minute limit on being and station late at night, and he proceeded to tell me this because I had spent a couple more minutes emptying my trash that was in the front seat and washing my windows. I am confused as I have been in customer service for 25 years and I've never experience somebody telling me that I had a time limit to complete what I was doing at the gas station. which was filling my gas purchasing merchandise and washing my windows, like every normal person does at a gas station. This completely infuriates me why would a clerk tell me I am NOT allowed to be on there property after paying for Services and merchandise so I'm giving this gas station a horrible review and I'm contacting the manager first thing tomorrow morning

Not too friendly and I have seen more than a couple of arrests while getting gas with my son, it scared us.

Never thought I would see the day that Arco gas prices were some of the highest in town

They aren't very good at counting money. Gave them 45bucks and they tried to skimp me 10 bucks telling me I only gave them 35,when I know for a fact I gave them 45.rediculas

Very rude people come to get gasoline here. Unfortunate.

The price out front for regular was posted 3.339, the pump posted 3.379, and I was charged 3.399.

A large number of their pumps are broken!
