Pilot in Birmingham (901 Bankhead Hwy)

Pilot is my favorite place to get gas and whatever else I need. The service is awesome and the gas prices are competitive.

Everything you'd expect from a Pilot. I love the coffee, and food.

A little dark between the pumps and the store, frequent panhandlers, decent stop

old and dirty. Didn't feel comfortable

Station OK but was approach by Berger wanting money.

Station currently offers NO Means for Pay@Pump Customers to AVOID the $.06/gal Credit Price Surcharge -- COMMONLY Extended by OTHER Stations to DEBIT Purchasers, as well -- thus Requiring Patrons to WALK IN and PREPAY, in order to Receive the ONLY Prices (Reg and Diesel) Displayed on the Electronic Marquee. That stinks. BTW, as previously Reported, GB DOES need to ADD the Range of Data Fields for CASH/CREDIT Pricing at this Station Profile -- especially considering the aforementioned Discrepancy in BOTH Service Options AND Signage, though to their credit (no pun intended) the Marquee DOES Specify CASH Pricing and the Pumps ARE Clear about the $.06 Gap. It's just annoying not to be given specifics without pulling into the Station...which leads back to the GB Station Record. :-)
