Shell in Baltimore (4500 W Northern Pkwy)

Usually higher than other Shell stations. Right now they are the lowest in this area.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! For starters it’s winter months and they only have a booth where you get served outside. Business is so desperate for money that they have products outside, literally. Worker was very rude, he’s in his phone and tells me he has the right to do so. I asked for $25 worth of gas and only received $20 because he should’ve been listening and tells me I’m rude. Ownership of these gas stations needs to higher respectful workers that has some type of customer service skills. But I guess with the pay they receive, that’s why they always salty and angry. He lacked poor customer service because he wants to be in his phone while we stand outside and freeze for whenever he feels like serving you. This is the only worker I had a problem with since I been going here for years. Owner beware because someone with that attitude will get your business destroyed IJS...

Very nice gas station

Raf is a very abusive manager or owner shouting at employees that work hard. He allows his delivery trucks to block the entrance at Falls Rd. Abusive, unrespectful and not safe.

Quite possibly the cheapest gas in Baltimore right now @ $2.68 p/gal on 11/7/24

no receipt 🧾 paper 📝 at gas ⛽️ pumps here have to go in side for your gas receipt 🧾 that should be fixed

They had a problem with customer service but it seems to be better now.
