Esso in Kitchener (1025 Ottawa St N)

The carwash at this location is useless. I went through and my truck was still dirty. I complained so they gave me another wash for free. I went through again and it made no difference. My truck was still as dirty as before.

Not bad for a quick fill. There seems to always be one pump out of commission and never any black ice air fresheners.

at a time like this look at the difference between the price of regular and the price of premium this will not be forgotten.

SpeedPass only works intermittently. On Some pumps it hasn't worked on for months. Told them about it and they just gave me a sad stare!!! No apology or thanks for coming in to tell us! Also, (been using Speedpass for many years) now when I use Speedpass - no matter how much I pump I'm automatically charged $125 on my credit card. Then about a day later you get a debit on your credit card and the correct amount is charged!!!! Check with SpeedPass and they said it's the outlet that's doing that!!!! Be aware! Only happens at this Esso!!!

You cannot rely on the car wash. Today, the dryer did not come on as I exited the car wash. I had to squeegee the car dry myself. This is not the first time I experienced a bad car wash at this location. Save your time and money and go elsewhere for a car wash. There are also cheaper places to buy gas in the neighbourhood.
