Cheap gas in local area. If you're worried or afraid of panhandlers, you're most likely the problem, not them :)
this station changed from Mobil to Speedway in the last few weeks (Fall 2019)! sure, there are homeless around begging to clean your windows for a few cents, but, it never was or has been a "dangerous" place. i have lived in this area for 16 years. now, it's all gentrified. always the cheapest prices.
I love this station for the prices and accessibility to the freeway, but you will always be bothered by homeless people asking for money here. Every time.

This location is awesome. If they are able to keep the homeless/people begging for money away, more people (like myself) would feel more safe when entering the store to purchase items as well as gas.

Free Air, on all day - no need to go to the counter, just start using the pump. Pressure Monitor (Barometer) to tell you how much PSI your tire is at was broken when I went however, as of July 9th, 2017.
