Great place to get gas!

I purchased a car wash at the pump using my debit card. When I was done pumping the gas the receipt didn't print. I had to go inside to get the receipt so that I could use the code to get the car wash that I had paid for. After getting the receipt reprinted, I went back to my car to drive to the car wash. When I got to the car wash the entrance was coned off. So, I had to repark my car go back inside and request a refund for the car wash. This is when the visit turned sour. I was told by the cashier that they couldn't refund the $16 I had paid for the car wash because "it's a different company". Even though I was charged at the 76 company pump the car wash was is a different company!! She then proceeded to call her "manager" who apparently told her that she couldn't refund my money either. She then said that she would go out and speak to the car wash attendant to try to get my refund. She came out of the car wash with a man that had a wad of cash in his hand so I stupidly fi
