Owners very friendly. Entrance exit not the best

Good location and they have yummy snacks

This Philips 66 mini mart, across from Restaurant Depot, is extremely conveniently located. The store is well stocked, clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. Only detractor is the occasional crowd that hangs out on the weekends.
