Shell in Winchester (1511 Martinsburg Pike)

Hassel getting gas because pumps do not accept gas buddy and when I had to pay inside station does not accept gas buddy on debit cards

Wouldn't accept gas buddy card

Decent station

Easy in and out, good 7-11 store. Burger King behind it.

Station only has 87 octane.

It was okay

Someone, probably at the station, always post the wrong price for premium gas. They are always 10 cents a gallon more for premium than the other three stations within a quarter mile.
