The younger cashiers are always nice and friendly but one of the 2 older men is always rude and is the reason I try to avoid this place. It's an old small building and crowded at peak times but gets the job done.

somebody really needs to take care of all the homelesses around there, sometimes very scary specially at night. also I really need take breakfast or any food to work but unfortunately no food is ready in hotcho till late.:(
